**Each piece will be different because of wood grain, and how that affects the way that the wood or materials absorb the stain. Every piece is unique!

RETURNS:
We do returns, only if there is a valid defect in your product and we hear from you within 2 weeks of receiving it. That being said, we do care very much about making you happy, and hopefully having a return customer. Please do let us know if there is something we can do for you.
ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS:
Each product will be unique as each piece of wood is unique! The same stain will vary quite a bit in color depending on how porous the piece of wood being stained is. Some items are hand painted as well, and may not be exactly the same for that reason.
A LITTLE ABOUT US:
We are a small business, run by a husband and wife team (James & Alicia) and we do care! These products are made one by one, by James, not mass produced, so A LOT of work and time goes into each item.
